Proper aftercare is the client’s responsibility to maintain retention and results. Please ask about after care if you never had lashes done before. ⏰ Late Policy • 15-minute grace period. • If you are 10 minutes late, a $10 late fee will apply. • After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit is non-refundable. ⸻ 🔄 Rescheduling Policy • Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule • Last-minute reschedules will incur a $10 fee. • No-shows/ cancellations will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. ⸻ How to prepare for your lash appt. Please come with a clean washed face, no moisturizer, no sunscreen, nothing on your face before the appt. We kindly ask that you respect the time of your service providers. By booking and confirming your appointment, you agree to all of our policies. We understand that life happens and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule.
